About The Programs
How long does it take to see results?
Most people notice real changes in 6-8 weeks. We’re not talking about dramatic overnight transformation — it’s about building steady, authentic confidence through consistent practice. Some changes you’ll notice immediately (like how you stand when introducing yourself), while deeper shifts take a bit longer.
What’s the group size?
We keep workshops between 8-12 people. Small enough that everyone gets individual attention, but large enough that you’re practicing with real people in a genuine social environment.
Can I do this if I’m very shy?
Yes. The daily courage challenges start incredibly small — sometimes it’s just saying hello to someone new, or making eye contact while speaking. We don’t throw you into the deep end. We build from where you actually are.
