How We Started
Stride Assured Limited began with a simple observation.
Most confidence programs we saw felt generic and disconnected from real life. They promised transformation but delivered motivational platitudes. We knew there had to be a better way — one grounded in actual psychology, practical technique, and honest acknowledgment that building confidence isn’t a sprint.
In 2019, we started running small workshops in Dublin. What began as monthly sessions with a handful of participants grew because people saw real changes. Not magical overnight shifts, but something better: steady, measurable progress. Participants started practicing structured self-introductions. They developed personal affirmation practices that actually felt natural instead of forced. They tackled small daily courage challenges and watched incremental wins compound into genuine self-belief.
That’s still what we do. We’re committed to helping people move through self-doubt methodically. No shortcuts. No empty promises. Just structured work that produces results you can actually feel.
